Release one of your own secrets and, in return, the night gives you lanterns to catch secrets written by strangers. Give one to get one. Everything is anonymous — there are no names and no accounts.
Open the secret and tap Report on the card. Two reports hide a secret from everyone, and reports are reviewed. If something is urgent, email us with a description of the secret so we can find and remove it.
Yes. There is no account, no name, and no profile. Before a secret is released we automatically block phone numbers, emails, links and usernames, and an automated screen checks for spam and harmful content. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
No. Secret for a Secret is free. There are no purchases, no subscriptions, and no advertising. You earn more reads the same way everyone does — by releasing a secret of your own.
Because secrets are anonymous, we cannot look yours up by name. Email us with enough detail to identify it and we will remove it.
